For years, The Alley Recording Studio sat right here in North Hollywood, cranking out hits from bands like Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, and No Doubt. The walls shook with the sounds that changed music forever, and now, we’re making a little noise of our own.

We’re here to deliver smash burgers that actually live up to the hype. Grass fed beef, no seed oils, fries cooked in beef tallow, and hand–spun shakes that hit like a headliner. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just damn good food that respects the craft, the same way the artists who recorded here respected theirs.
